After Reading a post about this on this sub 5 months ago they said it wasn't possible with the current desktop API. I attempted to do this but in Automator as a proof of concept. After working on it for about 5 minutes I found a way to do it but with low frame rates. This method should work with videos that don't require frame rates more than 15fps. My code is fairly simple but does function. If anyone here would like to continue this and dedicate some time to try boosting the Maximum frame rate(It may not even be possible due to the MacOS desktop API).
